Balboa Financial secured bridge financing for a mid-construction take out loan that refinanced higher rate construction financing and provided $10,000,000 of cash out to Sponsor on 189 condo units on two different properties. The deals were sized to 89% LTC and were approximately 60% complete. The same lender closed the non-participating loans in October 2018 in 30 days. The projects are located in the San Jose MSA.
