Metropolis Capital Advisors LLC arranged $14,000,000 in equity and construction financing for a Candlewood Suites located in the heart of downtown Baltimore. Opened in 2019, the project took a historic office building and converted it to a new Candlewood Suites. The construction loan was provided at 75% LTC on an interest only basis to carry the Borrower through renovation and opening.  Although this assignment required extensive outreach in order to meet the criteria, MetCap was able to procure a loan that met all the Borrowers’ needs for the project.
