HRC arranged $28.5M of debt financing for the acquisition and development of Ruckus 2.0, a 66-unit student housing project expected to be delivered to market in the fall of 2019. This was Highland’s second successful financing on behalf of the Sponsor in the Austin market, having recently placed a $15.0M, 90% LTC construction loan for a 44 unit, 166 bed student housing project which was completed in September of 2017.
