McBride Capital has secured $10,600,000 in financing for the renovation of the Eastside Innovation Hub, a 40,000 sq. ft. wet lab located in Portland, OR. The heavy-lift renovation of this property will include the addition of a fourth floor to the existing three-story structure. The project will be the first building in Portland’s Innovation Quadrant specifically designed for life science research and will include wet lab, analytical and office space.
