McBride Capital has secured $34,000,000 in financing for the lease-up and stabilization of The Alexander, a 136-unit Independent Living Facility located in Bend, OR. The 36-month bridge facility closed at Certificate of Occupancy, with no in place revenue and 43 reservations. This newly built luxury 55 and older community features rooftop decks, full restaurant, bar, indoor swimming pool, pool room, barber shop, beauty parlor, and movie theater. The deal team was led by McBride Capital CEO, Ken McBride, and Managing Director, Danny Natsch.
